Questions before you book
How often can you clean?
Once, or on a schedule. Weekly, biweekly and monthly regulars are the most common, and commercial clients are usually set up on a recurring after-hours plan. You choose what fits your week.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive ready to work with our own supplies and equipment. If you would rather we used something specific you keep at home, just say so when you book.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. Plenty of clients give us entry instructions and come home to a finished clean. If you would like to walk through it together at the end, we are happy to wait.
Can you clean a rental between guests?
Airbnb and short-term rental resets are one of our specialties. We handle the clean, the linens, the restock and the final staged look so the space photographs the way the listing promises.
How do I get a price?
Send a quote request with the type of cleaning, the approximate size and when you would like it done. Katrina replies with a clear scope and price before anything is scheduled.
What about after a renovation?
Post-construction cleaning is its own job — fine dust gets into everything. We do a dedicated detail pass on surfaces, windows, tracks and floors so the finished space is genuinely finished.
